Individual therapy offers a personalized approach to addressing your mental health and well-being. It allows you to focus on your specific needs, goals, and identity in a confidential setting.
I provide a safe, supportive, and affirming space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns with a compassionate and knowledgeable therapist.
What to Expect
During therapy, we will work collaboratively to explore various aspects of your life, identify goals, and create change.
Evidence-based techniques including CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy, parts work, and solution-focused therapy are used to help you develop coping skills, heal from past trauma, build resilience, and foster self-acceptance.
My goal is to empower all clients to recognize and use their inner strengths to achieve what they previously only hoped for.
Due to limits of expertise, I only provide therapy to individuals aged 13 to 65.
Fees
Initial Intake Session: $125
Full (45-55 minute) sessions: $125
Half (30 minute) sessions: $90
