Hi, I’m Rachel!

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community (panromantic asexual) and autistic, I know first-hand how hard it is to find a therapist who’s not just an ally, but truly affirming and understanding.

My clients tend to struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, life changes, identity exploration, and dissociation (including DID).

I specialize in and love providing mental health counseling to the LGBTQIA+ and autistic communities, although I am committed to providing therapy to everyone who seeks it.

My other specialty is assisting those with dissociative disorders (such as depersonalization/derealization and dissociative identity disorder) in reaching their goals of internal communication, collaboration, and being present and safe in life.

I’ve worked in various clinical settings including inpatient/hospitalization, PHP, IOP, and outpatient. I often give professional presentations focused on advocacy and education of LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy and Treating Dissociative Disorders in the counseling field.

In my spare time, you might find me watching horror movies, cosplaying at anime conventions, writing creatively, playing with my cat, or spending time with my family.
