I help client learn how to plan for worst-case scenarios, build relaxation and coping skills, and create realistic thought patterns to reduce overall anxiety.
I also work with depression, as many people say “I’m so anxious it makes me depressed”. If you suffer with that extra layer, I also focus on challenging negative thoughts, improving mood via self-care, and developing plans to increase hope for the future.
